Overview: A prominent market research consultancy specializing in VOC (voice of customer) analysis, by administering focus groups and surveys. A recent client project arose, which required them to make recommendations on how to refine their survey questions – identifying which questions could be consolidated and shortened.

  • Client used software to run predictive model (statistical regression) on survey questions in relationship to NPS factor – in other words, which survey questions best predicting customer NPS
  • Findings were used to consolidate questions, shorten the survey, and determine the best NPS predictors
